Raw Research Results

Take:

  • Magnesium Citrate: Take magnesium with iodine and with vitamin c, take 3 a day; probably better on empty stomach but also okay with food; good with other vitamins; good right before bed
  • Kelp powder or iodine pills: 1mg a day, so 2 pills and 2 scoops a day; scoops maybe in morning saltwater? doesn't matter when taken except to take with mag
  • Vitamin K: 1 per day, with breakfast
  • Vitamin C: don't have yet, but 1g/day for Chloe, 2g/day for Nick, morning and evening (but not after a workout, although before a workout is good); goes well with zinc and and iron;
  • B12: 1 per day, with folinic acid, any time, with food and Vitamin C -- and we should switch to a methylcobalamin or hydroxycobalamin instead after we use this NOW foods cyanocobalamin one
  • Folinic acid: 1 per day, with B12, any time
  • Multivitamins: 9 per day for Nick, 6 per day for Chloe; spread out, slightly better with food
